Der Wahlkreis 243 ist seit 1965 ein Bundestagswahlkreis in Bayern. Er umfasst die kreisfreie Stadt Fürth sowie die Landkreise Fürth und Neustadt a.d.Aisch-Bad Windsheim. Der Wahlkreis Fürth wurde zur Bundestagswahl 1965 aus Teilen der Vorgängerwahlkreise Nürnberg – Fürth und Erlangen neu gebildet.
